| Cancellation policy for all accommodation categories: |
| Low Season |
| A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each room canceled less than 72 hours/3 days prior to arrival. |
| High Season |
| A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each room canceled less than 7 days prior to arrival. |
| Peak Season |
| A cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total room nights reserved will be charged for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival. |
